FAQ's

•What kind of water do you bottle?
We use only natural artesian water.  Artesian water comes to the earth's surface under its own pressure.  Unlike spring water which comes in contact with rock and soil layers, artesian water comes up through a well casing so no contaminants are picked up along the way.

•Where does the water come from?
The water comes from protected underground aquifers in the Nicolet National Forest, approximately 85 miles northwest of Green Bay, Wisconsin.

•What is the shelf life of bottled water?
The shelf life of our water is 2 years.  Care must be taken to not store the product in direct sunlight or in areas with extreme hot or cold temperatures.

•Do you accept credit cards to place an order?
Yes, we gladly accept American Express, MasterCard or Visa.  You may give us your credit card number via phone or fax.

•What size bottles are available?
Our most popular sizes are .5 Liter (16.9 oz.) & 20 oz.

•What kind of bottles are they?
We use only the very best PET (plastic) bottles available.  All bottles have designated  label panel areas and are sanitized prior to filling.

•Do they come in different colors?
No, the only color available is white.

•What kind of caps are available?
A traditional white flat tamper evident cap and a new state of the art white "twist" sport cap with dust cover.

•What is the average time needed to produce and ship?
Upon final production of labels, product will normally ship in 10-15 working days.

•What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 4 pallet, approximately 240 cases of 16.9oz. or 216 cases of 20oz..   There are no maximum limitations. 

•Do we have to take the entire order at once?
No.  Customer must take 4 pallets on the initial delivery.

•Are my labels kept in your inventory?
Yes, we will keep (prepaid labels) in stock and artwork on file for up to 2 years.
